Catching a bus from Bangkok leaves at the First Class Southern Bus Station. (สถานสายใตชั้นหนึ่ง)

Once you arrive at the station there are two buildings and two ways to get to Prachuap: 
1. The first class (white and blue) air­con buses leave every hour on the hour, 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.
2. The second class (white, blue and orange) air­con buses leave twice each hour (on the hour and half hour). 
First class is highly recommended as second class is slower (maybe an extra hour) and doesn’t have a toilet on the bus.

When you buy your ticket tell them you need to go into the town of Prachuap. (Sometimes spelled Prajuab or Prachuab)

In Bangkok go to Hua Lumpong Station or Bang Sue Station. (This station is closer to Bangkok Home).

Buy a ticket before getting on the train (from 250 baht depending on the class of train).

We can book a private van to take you directly to The Pines. The cost is approximately 3,000 Baht for 4 people or less and approximately 3,500 Baht for 5 people or more from anywhere in Bangkok. Airport pick up is 100 Baht extra.
Please contact The Pines Manager/s at least 2 weeks ahead of time to arrange a private van booking.

Show the taxi driver the sentence below.

Walk in the main front entrance. In front of you will be a main building, “Building Information”. To the right of the building is a signpost. Turn right and walk down to Ticket Building D
Go to counter 1. (It is on the far left as you walk in the door. Near the TV monitor on the wall)
Ask for ticket to The Pines, Prachuap (250 baht per person). You may need to book extra seat for luggage.

After you buy a ticket, the lady will ask you to sit on some seats directly opposite Counter 1. The van departure time is on the top of the ticket. When the van is ready the lady will direct you to the driver, who will take you to the van. The van makes one bathroom/toilet stop about 2-3 hours into the journey. If you need to stop for the bathroom/toilet just tell the driver. The trip to The Pines takes between 4-6 hours.

Location – NEW SOUTHERN BUS STATION (Sai Dai Mai)

You can take a bus or van to the New Southern Bus Station. If going by taxi show the driver the sentence below. If you can get the driver to take you around the side of the “SC Plaza”. You will see lots of vans parked there.

The Pines is about 13 kms south of Prachuap Khiri Khan township. The road goes through the village of Klongwaan and The Pines is located 3 kms further south in the Waghor district.
